IMPACT ACCESS FUND A PASSION FOR PROMOTING INCLUSION AND ACCESS Approximately five million young adults in the U.S. are neither employed nor in school these numbers are skyrocketing daily due to the current global COVID crisis. During this pandemic, our core values of equity and access are now more important than ever.
IMPACT Access Fund is a workforce & professional development program designed to provide real solutions to the diversity gap in the Sports & Entertainment industries.
IMPACT Access Fund, through scholarships, connects students with hands-on professional training, industry-specialized education, executive mentorship, and internship opportunities. IMPACT's Professional Development Program (IMPACT Learning Institute) starts with tackling the initial barrier of access many students face, but the key to the IMPACT Access Fund is the wraparound support students receive once they are connected to their new network of professional opportunities.
