HOW DO I FIGURE OUT WHAT’S GOING ON AT VIDCON?
There are tons of ways to find out what’s happening around you at VidCon. You can find the schedule in the guide you are holding right now or on our website at vidcon.com/anaheim/schedule. You should also download the VidCon Mobile App! The app is your one-stop shop to be totally in the know of what’s happening in the VidCon world. To be super-duper informed, you can also follow us on social @VidCon and keep an eye out for our emails throughout the event.
WHERE IS THE THING I’M TRYING TO GO TO?
Each session and activity in this guide has a location listed next to it, and there are maps throughout this guide to help you get where you need to go. You can check the Table of Contents to find the page numbers for each map. If you still feel lost, ask a staff member or guard, or visit our VidCon Info Desk in Lobby C.
IS THERE WIFI?
Yes, WiFi is available at the convention center. However, with so many people trying to connect at once, it may not be the fastest. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do to make it better, but we’re sure you will figure out something that will work.
HOW DO I SHARE MY EXPERIENCE AT VIDCON ANAHEIM 2023?
We LOVE to see what you’re up to at VidCon! Tag your posts with #VidConAN23 including your videos, Facebook and Instagram posts, tweets, twitches, pins, snaps, and chats.
I’M A PARENT/GUARDIAN. WHAT SHOULD I DO ALL WEEKEND?
If your child is under the age of 16, you must accompany them at all times. If you have purchased a VidCon ticket, you can enjoy quality bonding time with your child by going to programming to learn more about this whole online video thing. If you don’t have a VidCon ticket, you will not be permitted inside the event, but if your child is over the age of 15 and you’re fine with them being on their own, feel free to kick back and relax in our Chaperones’ Lounge near Registration in ACC North 100.
WHAT DOES MY BADGE/RFID WRISTBAND GIVE ME ACCESS TO?

HOW CAN I MEET MY FAVORITE CREATOR?
Most scheduled meet & greet sessions with Featured Creators were assigned ahead of time via Meet & Greet Matchmaking. Only those who received their meet & greet sessions via matchmaking are guaranteed access to meet & greets.
There are a limited number of spots in meet & greet sessions with select Featured Creators that will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis from a standby line. To learn more about attending these sessions, please visit the Meet & Greet page of the VidCon website.
There will also be a limited selection of impromptu, first-come, first-served meet & greets that will take place in the BCAZ (Bonus Creator Appearance Zone). Because these are spontaneous, we can’t share ahead of time who will be there or when, but you may have a chance to see one of your favorites there! Download the VidCon Mobile App and enable notifications to find out who will be there and when!
WHERE CAN I SCORE A DELICIOUS MEAL?
Don’t let the hanger set in! There are plenty of options around the convention center, including a bunch of great food trucks in the Festival Area as well as some food court options within the convention center.
WHERE IS THE LOST & FOUND?
If you have found a lost item, please bring it to the Anaheim Convention Center Admin Office, located in the Arena Plaza near the flagpole. If you have lost an item, please go to the Admin Office to see if it has been returned or contact the Anaheim Convention Center Lost & Found. They can be reached by phone at (714) 765-8950.
MY BADGE OR WRISTBAND WAS DAMAGED OR LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Damaged, broken, defaced, or lost credentials can be replaced for a $20 fee per each replaced credential. If you replace a wristband, the original wristband will be deactivated and a new one will be loaded with all of your current info. Replacement credentials may be purchased at the Registration Help Desk. You must provide a photo ID and proof of purchase to get a replacement.
WHERE ARE THE ALL GENDER BATHROOMS?
All Gender Bathrooms may be found in the following locations: Expo Hall B, near pillar B5, Lobby C, Expo Hall D near pillar D23/38, ACC 206/207, ACC 304 as well as two family restrooms on the 100 level.
