Partners Meeting Agenda Briefing Document 1. Issues for review from March 1, 2012 Municipal Project Related Maureen and Courtney will coordinate a 30 minute to 1-hour webinar for the PC power management software. They will connect with jurisdictions to get names of appropriate people and dates that work best. Lou and Paulo will further discuss potential gas savings projects for the City of Hanford. Paulo will connect with Kim regarding the Visalia Savings by Design project details to verify savings.

Community Savings Related Hammad to get details on number of businesses per city and the types of retrofits per city for Direct Install. Courtney to send DI results to each jurisdiction that shows dollar savings.

Program Related Hammad will find out details on the length of contractor training for the HVAC optimization program and report back to the group. Maureen will email the HVAC presentation to all partners and ask for names of those who would be interested in learning more about the program in a detailed webinar. Courtney will send out details on an upcoming reach codes webinar.

2. REPORT: Municipal energy savings reports from SCE, SCG and SJVCEO. a. SCE: Goal = 4,476,469 kWh and 1,018 kW. To date, goals have been met. Woo hoo! b. SCG: Goal = 85,000 therms. To date, Tulare County has 1,500 saved. Opportunities may exist at the City of Hanford (Paulo and Colby met with the City in January to examine) and in various WWTP projects in the region. 3. DISCUSSION: Home Energy Tune Up. The program overseen by the City of Fresno is now operating in Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare and Kern counties. Bob Johnson from ConSol will report on the initial success and data in the VIEW region. 4. DISCUSSION: Strategic Plan. In 2011 the Partnership decided to use remaining embedded Strategic Plan dollars to, in part, fund support of Strategic Plan goal #2.1.1, “Local government staff attend code compliance workshops offered by the CEC, utility codes & standards staff, or other local governments with strong compliance records. VIEW will host a workshop with the Utility Codes and Standards team. As of now we are looking at late August, early September but would like input from the jurisdictions on the best time, as well as where we should have the meeting.
