The Iris Festival attracted over 25,000 people, with over 600 booths. Customers came to us to educate them on various programs to save money, energy, and lower their bills. We got a lot of interest in the low income programs. We had some CARE & EMA applications filled out onsite and many more were given out to customers to fill out at home. Customers that had medical conditions were delighted to learn about the programs that SCE offers to help them bring down their bills. We even had some businesses stop by to learn how to be more efficient with their electrical use. We had a lot of questions about Smart Connect with fears their bills would increase. We told them that just the opposite would happen because they would be able to better manage their electrical use more efficiently. COMMENTS:
