Partners Meeting Agenda Briefing Document 1. Issues for review from May 3, 2012 Municipal Project Related Maureen and Courtney will coordinate a 30 minute to 1-hour webinar for the PC power management software. They will connect with jurisdictions to get names of appropriate people and dates that work best. Still on delay. Lou and Paulo will further discuss potential gas savings projects for the City of Hanford. Paulo and Kim to connect regarding the Visalia Savings by Design project details to verify savings. Community Savings Related Hammad still waiting on Direct Install details on number of businesses per city and the types of retrofits per city. Program Related Maureen and Courtney will schedule a one-day code compliance workshop for late August within VIEW territory. VIEW brochure to be updated with changes and sent to utilities for review and approval. 2.
REPORT: Municipal energy savings reports from SCE, SCG and SJVCEO. a. SCE: Goal = 4,476,469 kWh and 1,018 kW. To date, goals have been met. Woo hoo! b. SCG: Goal = 85,000 therms. To date, Tulare County has 1,500 saved. Opportunities may exist at the City of Hanford (Paulo and Colby met with the City in January to examine) and in various WWTP projects in the region.

DISCUSSION: Strategic Plan. a. Benchmarking. i. City of Hanford – completed ii. City of Lindsay – completed - still waiting on city for a few more details but as complete as can be for now. iii. City of Porterville – Courtney and Maureen to schedule meeting with field services at city to go over facility space type details. Add all to PM, initiate ABS, historical data request. iv. City of Tulare- completed - Temporary values will need to be updated at some point with correct data. v. City of Visalia – Will need to get facility space type details for those not being done by consultant. Add all to PM, initiate ABS, historical data request. vi. City of Woodlake – Courtney and Maureen to schedule meeting to go over facility space type details. Add all to PM, initiate ABS, historical data request. vii. County of Kings – completed - Temporary values and a few missing data pieces will need to be updated at some point with correct data. viii. County of Tulare – Need to review remaining data needed, fill in details and add all to PM, initiate ABS, submit historical data request.
