Holiday Light Exchange change: The HLE has become a SCE “core program”, meaning the program--marketing, delivery, and evaluation—are run through a department in SCE. The new program format will come to the VIEW territory in 2011, however the Partnership will not have to incur costs or manpower to implement the program. The HLE group will attend holiday-themed events in the cities of Visalia and Hanford. The SJVCEO will work to ensure that the HLE staff and city staff are in contact. 4. Next Steps a. Action Items b.
