Agenda: Topic I. Welcome II. Report Back from partners on past topics To ensure all partners feel an issue is resolved and all of us are on the same page we’ll have a standing agenda item for reporting and follow up. 1. Community Outreach Ad Hoc Working Group 1/25AI: WRCOG will develop a list of Community events and distribute to P2P group for February Meeting • WRCOG developed an excel spreadsheet that will tabulate P2P’s community outreach events to track energy efficiency/sustainability events. • Samantha Dodero distributed the spreadsheet to the P2P group on 2/23. 2. SCE Streetlight Incentive 1/25AI: WRCOG to investigate reason for expiring measure; TEC scheduling meetings with SCE to discuss. • Both WRCOG and TEC have been working diligently to identify the reasoning behind the experiment LED Streetlight Incentive measures. • WRCOG has been in communication with the Statewide Local Energy Efficiency Coordinator to identify where the decision came from and what is the best possible resources to help the WRCOG member jurisdictions receive the Streetlight Incentives. • TEC is in talks with WRCOG to see how both organizations can be of assistance because participating member jurisdictions in their programs will see a loss of incentives due to the expiring incentives. • Coordination between both TEC & WRCOG will continue to help assess the best possible method for the expiring Streetlight measure. • CK, SJVCEO, has also been in conversation with SCE on this item. CK spoke with the Streetlight Program Manager who has said that the measure will be going to code. This is a false rumor because street lighting is not part of the code. • Action Item: Keep P2P group informed on the status of the progress that both TEC & WRCOG are doing. Continue to have item discussed at future meetings. 3. SP Vendor Procurement 1/25 AI: VIEW to confirm vendor solicitation dates • Irfan has confirmed the Q3 vendor distribution. • The vendors may change, but there has not been a secure elaboration on this item. III. Operations (issues, concerns, comments) 1. Business Plans: comments to the CPUC • Alejandra Tellez, Ventura County REA, stated that there are some unknowns on the SCE plan. She has asked that the P2P members be engaged and • Courtney Kalashian, SJVCEO, agreed with Alejandra’s input that it is important for P2P members to be engaged in the Business Plans.

CK, SJVCEO, also expressed to the P2P group about the possibility of becoming a party to the proceeding. This option might be a little too late, but it is an idea that the P2P group would be looking into. • Action Item: CK, SJVCEO, to distribute an email to obtain input on this item. Potential March conversation at in person meeting (3/22). 2. Budget Rollover for Administration • Ivana Dorin, North Orange County ELP & Westside ELP stated that SoCal Gas has no intention to roll over funds from 2016. • Nicole Soto, SB Regional EP, stated that they have the language in their amendment for roll over from SoCal Gas. The reason for this roll over is due to their amendment being valid for 2 years and not 1 year. 3. Other Issues? • N/A IV. Planning for 03/22 In Person 1. Location CK, SJVCEO, stated that Pam Bold, Eastern Sierra, offered to host the meeting in Mammoth as well as Ivana, NOC & WELP, offered Irvine and possibly Culver City. The group decided that hosting the meeting in Culver City may be the easiest. ID stated she will ask the city about arraignments and will go from there. 2.
