Topic Welcome Report Back from partners on past topics 1. Technical Assistance (TA) AdHoc group report back - Ivana hasn’t been in touch about TA since the last meeting. So, there is not much to report back. - Not the same process as year’s past. SCE will be placing limits with each of their engineering firms on budget. It looks as though it will just be KW Engineering. No more word on bringing on more inhouse engineering. Implementers are worried about quality and comprehensiveness of inhouse assessments. - Hearing that SCE will reduce TA budget across all partnerships. Action: Ivana to set up a AdHoc call on TA. Alejandra on board. Put together thoughtful questions and work on them in the AdHoc group. Ivana to send out Doodle poll for a call next month. Improving the partnerships 1. 2018 Partnership Budget Development Process - Katie Ward has provided her comments to her SCE PM and is more than happy to provide a follow-up on questions she provided to the P2P group. - Many implementers just received the email so there was not a lot of discussion on item. Much discussion was around the short timeframe implementers were given to report back on the item to SCE. Many felt it was too short of a timeframe. Action: Katie Ward to forward the email to the implementers for a group email conversation. 2. Community Outreach AdHoc Group Working spreadsheet of events Samantha Dodero was tasked with looking to how the VIEW website could house a working spreadsheet for community outreach events. She stated that the first shot at the page was up and running to share with the other implementers. Action: Samantha to share the link to the website with all P2P implementers.

Central hub for event items - Samantha and Anthony Segura opened the discussion of the importance of housing all items in one central location. - Marilyn Lyon questioned why would implementers need this item as many do reporting on outreach to their PM’s in detail. - Courtney Kalashian stated that It is a valuable resource to have so it can provide information on types of community events that members are promoting as well as to providing an additional method of resource so that the utilities are able to be prepared to provide sufficient/proper items for distribution at these events. - Heather Allen also stated that this spreadsheet serves as a best practice for other implementers to see who is doing what to get ideas on how to better do outreach in communities.
Other Business 1. Partner sharing - Ivana and others asked the group if they have been approved for SP and what that timeline was. - Courtney Kalashian stated that VIEW and HDR have there’s approved and they were submitted at the end of 2016. Each one was approved on a different timeline from SCE. So, she would be safe to say there is no specific timeline for approval after submission. 2. Current opportunities for engagement SEEC attendance, logistics for implementers and city partners - Ivana asked the group how they were making the trip as well as what would be best from those who reside in the SJV as the plan now is to carpool with partners. - Also, a question of reimbursement from the IOU’s was discussed. Nicole Soto stated that the IOU’s sent out a notice stating that up to 2 cities within a partnership can be reimbursed for travel. Action: Nicole Soto to share reimbursement information with all P2P Implementers. 3. Next in-person meeting - The group stated that the week of SEEC is too busy so they would like to stay with June 28. 2017 from 11Am – 2PM in the LA area. - Everyone agreed that hosting the meeting in Downey at the SCE Resource Center again would be ideal. Action: Samantha and Courtney to secure location and meeting logistics. Conclude
