Agenda: Topic Welcome and introductions happened at the open of the meeting. OPERATIONS Requested Updates 1. SCE 2019 Budgeting Process Concerns and conversation No one had a heads up about what would be coming down the pipeline. South Bay had an open conversation on what budgets would be. VIEW/HDR had issue. TEC no one took the P2P group on the offer of opening up the process. Weren’t sure what pipeline numbers were for them. Not everyone was on the same page with timeline for budgets either. We need to know what the inaccuracies are so we can set things straight. Also, would like them to be transparent in the conversations. SCG has been more transparent in what they are giving partners in the way of budget. 3rd party out to bid. Trying to figure out what the conflict of interest would be with SCE. That the biggest piece. Also, they are looking at a regional approach and also what the contract would be. ACTION: send Elizabeth’s info to all about LGP involvement in 3P. 2.
Joint Parties Response to ORA Motion for Rehearing Thank you everyone and there is still work to do. Having a large voice to maintain program is what is needed. PGE person interested in finding someone in SCE territory that would like to head a working group on the TRC topic. South Bay: letter from elected officials to CPUC commissioners about the TRC and other issues. Then when the NRDC position paper they signed on and moved forward quickly with their letter. This letter was our position and that was LGP’s should not be subjected to the TRC. LGP’s are the best investment for ratepayer dollars. South Bay would like to meet with all of those up north involved in the decision. ACTION: put together action list of what we can do to push this item. Make a sign-up list. Kim and Courtney to have a call in the next few days to do that. ACTION: Courtney to reach out to Alejandra on LGSEC and their involvement. ACTION: Kim to reach out to LA county collaboration about ATLAS and their feeling on it being with the IOU’s. ACTION: Ivana to have Mark talk on the Atlas meeting.
BEST PRACTICE SHARING Updates 1. AB 802 Outreach Combined with top topic. TEC not too many updates on benchmarking updates. No portal updates in awhile. Main focus has been connecting properties to SCE/SCG web services and encountered major issues with gaps in the data that is uploaded. Jan and Feb. were the main gaps. SCG was not as aware and not proactive. If you experience it then reach out to the general benchmarking email. Outreach: please give any feedback to TEC. Make sure to share information if wanted. Other Business Next meeting will be in-person. 8/22/18 from 11AM-2PM at SCG Resource Center Concluded
