OPERATIONS Requested Updates 1. Strategic Planning What projects are folks working on? What projects are going on? Who is continuing projects into 2019? (Budget Roll over?) P2P partners are looking into Energy Action Plans / Climate Action Plans, Benchmarking, and EE Revolving Loan Funds. Are there any other opportunities for SP funding? San Bernardino mentioned that they have received approval from their Program Manager’s at SCE & SCG to use DI funds to cover SP tasks P2P team would like to get more information from IOUS 2.

LGP Admin Reconnect Updates? Share-point information? Courtney mentioned that more than 40 LGP’s received the data & only 17 responded. Data provided by the 17 included proposed budgets for 2019 and past budgets since 2016. Purpose of this task was to get a good majority of LGP input so the good information can be passed to the CPUC to make a good case on why there is need to continue LGP’s as well as to showcase some barriers / challenges that LGPs are facing As an FYI, IOUs have been data requesting certain LGP’s

CenCal/Rural Hard to Reach Recap Coordination between Rural Hard to Reach Group & P2P and Lou Jacobson assisted as well. 3 main questions were asked at this meeting Who is on the team (Energy Efficiency)? How to articulate non-energy benefits? How do you articulate energy efficiency savings? Overall, the CenCal/ Rural Hard to Reach workshop was a great outcome to learn on who is working on EE initiatives and how elected officials are supporting the idea within their service territory.


BEST PRACTICE SHARING 1. ME&O Funding Alternatives for LGP’s WRCOG is currently working with SCE to obtain a grant that would assist low income residents / hard to reach residents within Western Riverside County. Looking to also include SoCal Gas on this initiative and work to provide energy efficiency resources to the residents Program timeline is set to start in 2019. Other Business 1.
