San Joaquin Valley Partnership Program February 2015 Focus: San Joaquin Valley kWh and peak kW reductions This Month’s Major Accomplishments: • The VIEW Partnership held its monthly meeting on February 19, 2015. • The City of Farmersville’s Energy Action Plan will be complete after final edits have been made. • SJVCEO Program Administrator, Sarah Farell, participated in the AHSC Cap and Trade webinar to determine eligibility for funding and potential for the VIEW territory. • SJVCEO Program Administrator, Samantha Dodero, presented to the City of Hanford Chamber of Commerce about Kill-‐A-‐Watt Krackdown, a competition program designed to encourage small business owners to reduce and manage their energy usage through Energy Star Portfolio Manager. Samantha also corresponded with the Tulare Chamber of Commerce about this program. Key Issues or Emerging Concerns: • Implementing partner communicated with SCG Program Manager and Customer Programs Advisor as well as EEFG Project Manager about Energy Star Portfolio Manager glitch that prohibits customer from sharing gas meters with SCG. Issue remains unfixed. • SJVCEO Project Analyst, Zandrea Rox, left the organization; debriefing on ACCESS database was held to determine next steps.
