San Joaquin Valley Partnership Program March 2015 Focus: San Joaquin Valley kWh and peak kW reductions This Month’s Major Accomplishments: • The monthly partnership meeting was held on March 19th at the Tulare County Government Plaza. • SJVCEO Program Administrator Sarah Farell began the final editing process for the City of Farmersville Energy Action Plan. Sarah will meet with Farmersville City Manager at the April VIEW meeting to discuss adoption. • SJVCEO Program Administrator Samantha Dodero met with the City of Visalia to discuss launching the Kill-­‐A-­‐Watt Krackdown program, which encourages small and medium business owners to benchmark and manage their energy usage on E.P.A. Energy Start Portfolio Manager. Samantha corresponded with other Chambers of Commerce in the VIEW territory to gauge interest. Key Issues or Emerging Concerns: • SJVCEO Program Administrator Sarah Farell has been working with EEFG and SCG representatives to determine successful workarounds in E.P.A. Energy Star Portfolio Manager. Meter shares and data uploads have rendered unsuccessful and manual uploads may be necessary going forward. Upcoming Milestones • The next monthly Partnership meeting will be April 16, 2015. • The Implementing Partner sent new CISR forms for 2015–2017 to all VIEW jurisdictional partners in preparation of obtaining current energy usage data.
