Project Title : Interior Design - 2 BHK Apartment (Roam home) Description : This Interior design for a 2 BHK apartment is done for Interview selection process for the freelance interior designer position during the 2020 lock-down. I worked on this complete Interior design for 14 days to deliver the design with photo-realistic renderings. Project Title : Gated Community at Mount Lavania , Colombo, Sri Lanka. Description : Tucked away at Sri Lanka’s most beautiful suburb, mount lavinia. The villas are away from the hustle-bustle of the city. A private collection of 16 villas, designed to cater to the client’s needs. Five typologies of 3 bedrooms and 4 bedroom villas. Design The layout is designed for the smallest plot in the site that helps in repeating the layout for all other plots. since the plots are crooked and the difference in the dimensions results in designing of five layouts with similar language. The terrace of each villa can be used as a private space for the family with the added luxury of the view of Mount Lavinia beach.

The Radisson Collections LIVE PROJECT - INTERNSHIP WORK

Project Title : The Radisson’s Boutique Hotel, Galle, Sri Lanka. Description : Radisson collection is a large scale hospitality & beach front apartment project for Serinia developers and Radisson in Galle, Sri Lanka. Offering a residential apartment, hotel amenities and a serinia’s boutique hotel with a large swimming pool in the seashore of Galle. I was a part of the design team for the Serinia Boutique hotel and the swimming pools. Client Requirement - To renovate a villa into a boutique hotel with the swimming pool which blends to the site context Year : 2020 Softwares Used : Auto cad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion. The 6000sq.ft of pool area comprises of Pool bar, Jacuzzi, Sunbeds and Pool deck. The projects is expected to be completed in 2022 May and become a landmark to the Galle, Sri Lanka. This is one of the prestigious projects of a design studio and extend my gratitude to them to have me a part of this project.

A Holiday in Jog Falls ACADEMIC PROJECT - UG THESIS

Project Title : Vacation Centre at Jog falls | Biophilic Design Description : The objective is to provide an international hospitality service in Jog falls by intertwining the hospitality amenities with Biophilic design and Kinetic elements. Resulting in tourism enhancement and revenue generation for the state. WHY ? Opportunities seen in the site (Jog falls) is the base idea for the thesis - vacation centre. Jog falls is being the second-highest waterfall plunge in India. The officials from JAM - Jog Management Authority says Jog falls see an average of 40000+ visitors per month. This volume of tourism in Jog falls lacks hospitality services. This opportunity is the genesis for the vacation centre as a thesis project. Materials The materials that are used for the primary construction is the exterior texture palette of the building. The materials are locally available material which makes the better justification of the choice of materials suitable for the climatic condition of the place. For example, The Basalt stone is locally available in the region of Karnataka which is used for retaining walls, pathways and site elements.

Kinetics’s in Facade The treatment of the facade is worked out with kinetic elements i.e. hallow wooden blocks. This enhances the experiences of the space with dynamics with light and shadow. This is carried out in an economical method by making use of the wood from the site trees removed for construction. The Wooden blocks are treated and made hallow to reduce the dead weight. This enables ease of rotation with less wind flow. The ball bearing is attached to the top and bottom of the block to make the wooden block rotate in a 180 degree 300 x 500 mm Hallow Wooden block

Project Title : Urban Study - Manhattan, NYC, NY. Description : Urban study is collective group work, were my responsibility is to collect and analysis them with respect to vista & visual perspective and lead the urban vista team. WHY? Urban study is a part of Academics, due to covid-19 pandemic we couldn’t have a physical survey. Although we had a opportunity to explore the online resources and data of a urban city.
