Discover Wines and Cuisines of the World Nothing reveals the nature and soul of a destination quite like food and wine do – they are after all an integral element of any culture. Exploring the culinary delights of a region can give you a unique insight into the life and traditions of the residents, and can create travel memories that will be linked to every taste experience. So, whether it be a tasting journey through the farmer’s markets in the heart of Vienna; sampling wines at an historic Cistercian monastery; hunting for truffles in the Beaujolais region; or sipping aged whiskeys in the world’s most northerly distillery, food and wine have a universal language that travellers around the world seek to share. Throughout the following pages we will take you on both a voyage of discovery to some of the worlds most renowned food and wine destinations; and introduce you to the destination inspired dining we offer on board - the best of both culinary worlds.
