MARKETING CENTRE & TRAVEL AGENT PORTAL SET-UP GUIDE
Step 1: Please follow this link to access the travel agent portal: https://www.myvikingjourney.com/Agent/CreateAccount
Step 2: Please insert your store ID and submit to continue registration. This is likely your store IATA or phone number, however, please contact us on agents.anz@viking.com to confirm your store ID if uncertain
Step 3: Please check that your agency name is showing correctly. Click “Next” to continue registering.
Step 4: Please carefully complete your details and click “Submit.”
Step 5: You will now receive an email with a temporary password. Please check your email and submit this password to verify your email.
Step 6: Please create a new password for your account that you will remember. Click “Log in” to finish.
Step 7: Congratulations! You will now be directed to the Marketing Centre/TA Portal homepage. From here you can use the navigation to access marketing collateral, Manage my Bookings, Rewards by Viking, complete the Guest Information Form and so much more.
