5 The site Villa dei Fiori is situated a half a kilometre from Al Farabi Park Project and is located near the Essentai Park on Al Farabi Road. The first phase of the development is already under construction and will be completed in early 2012.

- Existing phase can be used as a precedent.

- North orientation allows for large openings to shop fronts.

- Good site access

- Use of two entrances for service and front of house.

- Well connected to prominent Almaty districts - Long site maximizes frontage.
