Dear Reader

As we head into the lengthening of the light of spring, and people are out and about enjoying strolls with friends and family, we are seeing both familiar and new faces come into the store. We're so happy when we see everyone chatting in the aisles, sharing a laugh. It reminds us that the grace, kindness, and joy we share with each other is the true backbone of this community. What has really gotten us through some of our challenges is the gratitude we have received from our customers. When we've hosted an event, we've had attendees tell us it's been the best time they've had in months. When we've helped pick out just the right gift, folks share that it's one of the reasons they return to the store again and again. Sometimes when we're battling supply chain issues or deadly weather events or worldwide pandemics, it's easy to forget that it's each of you, as individuals, who create this beautiful mosaic with us. And we have such gratitude for the gratitude you share with us, Dear Reader. – Sarah, Paul, Kelly,
