Turkey Burger with Cranberry Sauce and Brussels Sprout Coleslaw

Burgers 250g turkey breast mince Serves 2 ½ red onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, grated 1. Place the mince in a bowl with the remaining 1 egg, beaten ingredients for the burger and mix well. To make the coleslaw, grate the Brussels sprouts, 1 tsp Dijon mustard onion and carrot in a food processor. Place in a bowl. 1 tbsp lemon juice Mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise, mustard, Salt and pepper lemon juice, salt and pepper and cumin. Pour the ¼ tsp ground cumin yoghurt mixture over the vegetables and coat Handful of chives, chopped thoroughly. Stir in the herbs. Handful of parsley, chopped 4. Serve the burgers in buns with lettuce, a spoonful of Rolls, lettuce and cranberry sauce, to serve cranberry sauce and the coleslaw.
