01 House for the musician Although very simple and elementary, this project highlights the logic and reasoning of the architectural composition, justifying and finding solid motivations for each individual compositional and distribution choice. Designed during the first year of university and strongly bound by the respect of a concept, the project was born as a home for the musician John Lee Hooker, king of the blues. The concept derives from the chords of this musical genre. In fact, following the position of the blues notes inside the pentagram, the patios are positioned and, considering the client’s requests for the number and type of environments, the plan was consequently developed.

02 i/ZWO Enercity - LP 2 (Vorentwurf) Hannover / Germany Project leader: Stephan Zemmrich Team: Svetlana Normatovich - Stephan Laub - Omar Diab - Vincenzo Cutrera The new 6-storey house i/zwo opens towards the city’s new BraunstraĂ&#x;e stop and its visitors. The central element and heart of the design is the spacious, daylit atrium, which is enlivened on the ground floor with the fitness area, the conference room and the restaurant at the park. At the same time, the atrium is the central place for encounters and exchanges. Bridges, ramps and stairs connect central squares, like in a city, the network areas. The atrium is illuminated by generous glazing areas in the roof structure. At the atrium, the central access cores are open areas that are oriented towards the air space, the network areas. They also serve as access to the office zones and bundle central uses such as copying stations and tea kitchens.

04 Strategie for the urban regenetarion of the city of Stuttgart Master thesis Supervisor: Prof. Ing. Vito Martelliano Prof. Arch. Martin Haas The thesis work focuses its attention on the city of Stuttgart. From the analysis conducted from different points of view, contrasting elements emerge, which make the city a crossroads of marginal and critical urban areas. The study of these areas aims to find effective strategies and design proposals for the solution of these problems, transforming the weak elements into strengths that make the urban fabric more homogeneous. Due to the huge number of analisys made, here will be resumed and the remaining will be exposed in a second moment if required: -Hystorical evolution of the city fabric; -Topography; -Land use; -Public mobility; -Cultural and recreatives facilities; - Air and noise pollution; -Demography;
