Manawatu Branch Notices and Information

ANAWATU RANCH OTICES NFORMATION

NAME BADGES

NEW MEMBERS should contact the branch Secretary, to organise to collect their free name badge.

EXISTING MEMBERS should contact the branch Secretary, to arrange a replacement for a lost or damaged badge - at cost.

PHOTOS OF MEMBERS’ VEHICLES TO DISPLAY IN THE CLUBROOMS

With the Branch being Manawatu’s foremost historical motoring authority it is hoped that we can continue to maintain the display which depicts the wide range of cars, trucks and bikes that members have. It does not matter whether your vehicle is original condition, restored or unrestored. If your vehicle is not currently displayed in the members room send a photograph of it to - The Secretary, P.O. Box 385, Palmerston North 4440 All that is needed is a photograph in landscape layout which has a picture view area of 16cm wide x 11 cm high - meaning that the image of the vehicle needs to fit into that given size although the photograph size will be a little larger (i.e. 18cm x 13cm (5 x 7 inches)). Include your name, together with the year, make and model of your vehicle. Framing and hanging will be taken care of by your committee.

BRANCH EMAILS

Have you been receiving notification emails from the branch ??? There is an ongoing effort to keep all members right up to date with happenings that they may be interested in - especially in the weeks between publication / release of the Tourer. If you have not been receiving these email notifications it will be because we do not have your email address on file, or because you have chosen to keep your details confidential. Either way, if you want to get on the list, then please advise your details to manawatu@vcc.co.org Members can be assured of confidentiality as the emails are released using the Bcc field meaning that email addresses are suppressed from other recipients.
