Story & Photography by Kayla Gellinger The Maynard family recently celebrated with a topping-out ceremony at Shelby’s Trio, the $4 million three-tiered restaurant complex on the corner of College and Second Street.

After the beam was placed, Joe and Cat Maynard were able to take a ride up to sign it and get a birds-eye view of their new restaurant coming soon.

Shelbys Trio is the new way of dining coming to Clarksville this year! The three tier building will house three different restaurants including a rooftop bar!
