Photos by Katie Ulmer Bogue Falaya Park was bustling once again with crowds filling the waterfront park for the 41st annual Chef Soiree’. The yearly event that benefits the Youth Service Bureau brings together dozens of local restaurants and purveyors of brews and spirits for an evening to indulge the senses. The Soiree’ which is a mainstay in downtown Covington draws a crowd of nearly 3,000 to enjoy countless drinks, dishes, and live music all for a wonderful cause!
