UNITED STATES OPPORTUNITY
MANAGEMENT Robert B. Nealon Chairman of the Board Monty Ormsby President
The company recognizes in the US an opportunity to take part in the worlds fastest growing communications market with an innovative technical approach to bring communications services to rural America's and conquer the digital divide. As long as a grade-school child living on a farm cannot research a science project, or a high school student living in a remote location cannot submit a college application or an entrepreneur in a rural hamlet cannot order spare parts, or a local law enforcement officer cannot download pictures of a missing child without traveling to a city or town that has broadband Internet access, we cannot turn back from these challenges.
Richard Gilbertson CFO-Director
IGEN through its Board of Directors and the Advisers has identified the first beta test site and is pursuing mutable opportunities with local police forces, federal prisons, rural fire and health departments and Homeland Security as the system of choice to meet the rural needs of these very important infrastructures.

CANADIAN OPPORTUNITY The CRTC’s question, at essence, is: Shouldn't Canadians all have access to broadband service? The problem for everybody is that's a nice idea, but who is going to pay for it? You’re talking about hundreds of millions of dollars if you’re going to extend wire line, broadband Internet to rural communities — Michael Hennessy, TELUS's senior vice-president for government and regulatory affairs With this in mind IGEN has positioned the company to meet the rural demands in a cost effective manner. Delivering high speed affordable internet and phone services through government industry approved technology utilizing the UHF radio bandwidths with the capacity to deliver in a 50 kilometer radius with no degradation. Utilizing the fasted available download speeds and a full suite of available packages designed to meet residential and business needs in this unreserved rural marketplace.

WORLD OPPORTUNITY

IGEN through its steering committee headed by Carlos Calderon head of the OAS Credit Union has been in serious go forward discussions to establish our systems in a variety of countries in the Caribbean and Central and South America. IGEN seems like such an obvious solution to the worlds technological unbalance. It's easy to overlook those people who live in poorer countries without the basic necessities of the computer age. Some of these countries are decades behind in both technology and resources. Traveling abroad makes this disparity even more apparent. Finding an internet connection in some of the poorer countries is a real chore. It's a lofty goal to try and bring some balance to a world, where the difference between those that have and those that have not, is so night and day. Bringing IGEN’s proprietary licensed technology to developing countries is a great.
