HootSuite offers several tools that will help small business owners of eBay, Amazon and others to better manage heir Social Media Marketing, especially Twitter.It’s a free download and offers an amazing set of tools to manage your account. The statistic summary in Hootsuite is somewhat similar to Google Analytics, but less in detail.
