Innovative & Prof itable! In the same fashion we brought Rock Climbing to the masses by making them mobile, Vertical Reality has now done so with Rope Challenge Courses. With the addition of a MEGA or MINI Ropes Course attraction, Vertical Reality has expanded the range of activities for the participant. By using a proprietary-overhead continuous track system, our ropes courses are safer, more durable and yields a higher throughput. These courses have been designed for volume and safety in mind! The participant is suspended in the air via a lanyard, (safety line), that is attached to a proprietary overhead track system and a harness AT ALL TIMES while maneuvering through different tasks and activities. The lanyard is set up in such a way that if the participant slips, it is only a few inches and therefore can gather themselves to easily step back up on the activity and continue. This track system not only allows the participant to travel safely at their own pace but also PASS others along the way if they happen to move quicker. The mobile versions allow for set up at almost any venue.

Flat Panel Climbing Wall with Auto-Belay
Vertical Reality’s custom designed Auto-Belay system and rock-like profile makes rock climbing both safe and challenging for the participant. Vertical Reality provides a variety of options when it comes to selecting the perfect climbing wall for your facility or business. We offer an extensive range of climbing systems that can be custom designed according to your vision and within your budget. Mobile and stationary climbing walls come in a standard height of 25 feet and 7’4” wide. The mobile version comes with a space saving trailer that is only 12 feet deep behind the climbing wall making it incredibly compact and stable. The Mobile version sets up in less than 10 minutes. The stationary systems come equipped with an A-Frame that can be bolted to a concrete pad or counter-balanced in a free standing environment.

Vertical Reality’s Auto Belay Technology Vertical Reality is globally recognized and approved by ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and accepted as having the most advanced, safest and user friendly Auto Belay design on the market. Our designs are currently used in almost every climbing application. Vertical Reality offers professional maintenance plans on your climbing wall including cable replacement. Vertical Reality’s Auto Belay Systems can be utilized on any Rock Climbing Wall application. Our system is fully redundant (4 ways) and is an Automatic Hydraulic/Pneumatic System. The configuration integrates two air cylinders for each station while incorporating CNC precision cut fittings and high grade components that are then mounted on a self contained, very streamlined, lightweight frame. Our air cylinders are made of molded aluminum and are designed for pressurized air over oil systems; meaning, very little friction is created therefore making them extremely efficient, durable and long lasting. Vertical Reality uses the term “auto-belay” to describe its automated belaying process that uses a pressurized air/oil hydraulic system which automatically controls the rate of ascent and descent of the climber. This system eliminates the need to rely upon a human belayer for every climber. HOW IT WORKS:
The participant is first centered on one of our inflatable trampolines, then secured in a custom adjustable harness by a trained operator. The combination of an electric winch and power cords allow the jumper to catapult up to 24 feet in the air! This combination system of lifting and use of elastimers dramatically enhances the jumpers ability to perform front and back somersaults as well as reaching heights that would normally be impossible. Vertical Reality has over 6 different Spider Mountain models to choose from. Voted “Best New Product” in the 2006-2010 seasons, Spider Mountain is the revolutionary climbing concept of the future. With no harnessing required, entirely self contained and requiring only one operator, it truly is a great attraction for everyone. Up to 25 participants permitted entrance at once (depending on height and width of your Spider Mountain), profit and throughput on Spider Mountain are incredible. Spider Mountain is available as a mobile or stationary product with both indoor and outdoor applications. Spider Mountain is an exciting way for children to challenge themselves as they find their own way up through and out of the WEB. Upon completing this challenge, they would then have the option of sliding down a slide or climbing and squirming back down through the webbing. Spider Mountain uses all aspects of the body’s skills. ADVANTAGES OF SPIDER MOUNTAIN
Spider Mountain is an incredible profit center as a stand alone or combined with other amenities and requires only one attendant to operate. Even with this very small footprint (8’ x12’ in Diameter), you can have up to 25 people inside the standard 24 foot tall apparatus at once. There is no harnessing and therefore can maintain a very high throughput, but more importantly, as with every one of Vertical Reality’s activities, Spider Mountain is extremely safe. With very few parts to replace, as well as its extreme stability due to its metal substructure, there are very low maintenance costs associated with this attraction. Spider Mountain is a very distinctive product and extremely popular. Climbing through Spider Mountain, comprised of rubber strands enclosed in a soft polyester fabric, is deceivingly challenging and fun for all ages. All exposed hard surfaces are enclosed in 4 inch padding and the entire attraction is netted. It has been voted “most fun and challenging attraction” on the exhibit floor at many different expositions. Having sold over hundreds of versions worldwide, with extreme success, it is safe to say that Spider Mountain can pay for itself in a short amount time.
