I percieve that architecture is not only about designing building and spaces, it is all about experiencing the space and its aura. I am curious and enthusiastic person and in my early experiences of life I have always tried to explore and learn to nd out my maximum potential. I am facinated even by smallest detail possible with a never ceasing will to aquire more and enhance.

ABOUT THE PROJECT Location: Bagru, Jaipur Total area: 500 sq. m Climate: Composite Topography: Flat land with negligible slope
Temporary structure in bagru
N
Bagru is known for natural dyes and indigo dyeing and wooden gand block printing over textile article. Bagru print- a handblock printing technique to print and dye clothes. Using traditional dyes like color blue from indigo. î “is technique started around 450 years back in Bagru. î “is is the oldest technique in India, motifs used in printing owers, birds, tendrils, trellis, or jaal design.
Challenges & Opportunities 1. To understand how availability of local materials like mud, stone, wood etc. 2. Evolution of optimum infrastructure with multipurpose spaces. 3. Usage of passive technique. 4. To understand how built and unbuilt spaces can together be use and socialize.

INDUCTION CENTRE
ABOUT THE PROJECT Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur Total area: 5000 sq. m Climate: Composite Topography: Flat land with negligible slope Semester: 6th
N
In human resource development, induction training is a form of introduction for new employees in order to enable them to do their work in a new profession or job role within an organisation. Induction training is systematic training. î “e systematic model supplements natural learning with a systematic intervention that relates to the organisations objectives
Challenges & Opportunities: 1. Coordination of vertical stacks in a plan having dierent functional spaces. 2. To evolve an inclusive built environment with optimal utilisation of infrastructure. 3. Design in accordance to an organisational set-up and evolving built form ensuring the same.
Design strategies:

CONSTRUCTION
P R O C E S S
Excavation Excavation for foundation was carried out manually using mattock and hoe. A square of2m x2m was setout on the ground and then excavated. e excavated surface was level led and nished using water level tubeand trowels. Soling Soling was done by bricks and rubbles stones. Stones of size about 25mm were laid closely to
1
get a well packed layer and the layer is then compacted
2 P.C.C. Bed
Over soling plain cement concrete (PCC) is used to provide rigid impervious bed to RCC in foundation where the earth is soft and yielding. Concrete og grade M20 was mixed and used to cast PCC bed.
Curing : Water was poured on PCC bed for 7 days to cure concrete. Marking For Columns
6 Shuttering of Footing.
7
Concrete lling Concrete mix of grade M20 was made to cast footing of thickness 0.15M.
8 Shuttering of Columns.
9
Casting of Columns Concrete mix of grade M25 was made and 3 columns were casted. 2 columns with combined footing and another with sloped footing.
10 Reinforced Brick Column
After casting footinh for column, we begin with laying bricks for columns on main steel bars. Passed through the groves in brick. A layer of mortar (ration 1:6) was applied between two consecutive bricks to bind them.
3
4 Footing Reinforcement
e reinforcement bars werw tied into a JALL. Bars werw tied into 3 JALLS : one fore combine footing (1.8m X 0.8m) one for slope footing (1.8m X 0.8m) and one for step footing (0.8m X 0.8m)
Curing : The cast column is properly cured for 7-10 days. Welding Reinforcement for Shell roof is shell was cunstructed using 2- 20mm horizontal bars attached to curved steel bars of 16mm diameter. Later 8mm bars were used to make internal criss cross reinforcement.
12
13 Welding Shell roof to Column bars. 5
Reinforcement of Column e position of column was marked on footing reinforcement. Longituunal bars were rst tied to footing then stirrups were tied to the vertical bars.
Finalising the Structure..

CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE SHELL STRUCTURE
Reinforcement for shell rooong is welded to the reinforcement bars of columns.

Reinforced brick columns
ese shells are constructed using cement concrete incorporated with reinforcement. is shell was constructed using 2 20mm horizontal bars attached to curved steel bars of 16mm diameter. Later 8mm bars were used to make internal criss cross reinforcement layout
e columns can be constructed by brick masonry by incorporating reinforcement into the same. is process of placing reinforcement in brick masonry will help in the increase in the load bearing capacity of the column. Special grooved bricks are employed that will have the provision for the placement of the reinforcement.
