The site is located at Said-ul-Ajaib which is a census town in South district in the Indian state of Delhi nestled between the hilly Aravali regions. Also site is near the famous ‘Garden Of Five Senses’ providing the site tourist spot. The art gallery is a part of the artists’ village ‘Kalagram’ by the Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation, an undertaking of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. The purpose of the project is to provide proper space and infrastructure to the artisans to revive their old and forgotten skills. At the same time open it to the common visitors so that there is two-way communication. The artists from all over India are encouraged to showcase their skills by teaching the enthusiast and also by selling their products through the exhibition. FORM DEVELOPMENT
The four different galleries are arranged with a similar profile in such a way to create a continuous path to the whole art gallery. CONCEPT
Conceptual section of galleries
The natural lighting in the galleries is through the skylights provided below beams. The arrangement of galleries allows providing maximum natural lighting in each gallery. The overall experience is enhanced by the introduction of natural lighting through more edges of the structure.

In India, an Inter State Bus Terminal or Inter-State Bus Terminus (ISBT) is a bus terminus that provides bus service to destinations located in other states. An ISBT may also provide bus services to destinations in the same state. Mostly ISBT Term is used in the Northern Part of India, In the western part of India, ST Stand or State Transport Termis used. The site is situated in Dwarka sector 22, opposite to metro station of Dwarka sector 11, South-West part of Delhi, close to the International airport. The site area is approximately 11 hectares and on the 45 m road connecting Dwarka with NH-8 and NH-10.

In the area of Sector 110 & 110A of Gurugram, the edge of the city, Bajghera Chowk acts as a node and a landmark. It’s the main landmark where V2 (Nazafghar-Gurugram Rd) and V4 (Rajendra Park - Choma Rd) intersects. Under the construction of the Manesar - Dwaraka Expressway, a flyover was constructed over the Bajghera Chowk. This node is one of the major connecting routes to Nazafghar, where the commercial blocks existed, due to the construction of the flyover, the surrounding area of the flyover got affected. Currently, the bellowed area of the flyover is used by the stallers and Rikshaws which created chaos to the intersection which also hinder the movement of people and traffic. The flyover is also used by the public as a running/walking track in the morning which is not safe due to high-speed traffic movement over the flyover. URBAN LAYERS
