The Co-working spot is a place to experiment and discover new Work Space Environment by holding workshops, inviting guests, and researchers who are active in designing and creating future Work And Collabarates. The exhibition part will show the creative and innovative products developed by the Lab and it will also offer some interactive parts that the visitors can create their own formula

The whole project was designed in a way that can host different activities and scenarios happening in theCo-working hub, the mobile part is the key structure that can create these different scenarios We try to refurbish this building in an adaptive way also merge the indoor and outdoor in some scenarios to create the community as our concept The main key words that were quidelines for the development of this project are Production innovation and Community In the Lab, we place Innovation and production together

Category- IT park and Conventional Center Projects i. The Workplace – An office place and complete need for the work environment with all amenities needed for an individual organization to have a firm setup. ii. The Convention Centre – A small convention space which can be of multiple use with meetings, exhibition spaces and few accommodations etc., iii. Data Centre – A place or a building where all the data’s of varying technological firms is stored and well secured. iv. Food hub – a bigger food court with multiple outlets and a larger dining area. v. Multilevel parking system – parking for all companies with secured getin.

In this project the The design has been classified based on the needs of each department.
