REIMAGINING LEVEN WHARF Business investment in the area is also making news with a £1 Billion regeneration planned for the Royal Albert Dock to create a hub for Asian businesses and a unique trading link between Europe and Asia

To the east, the landscape is being completely transformed by the new housing development. ABP Royal Albert Dock will become London’s third business district providing a unique trading link between Asia and Europe.

A £250 million regeneration programme at Aberfeldy Village in Poplar has created 1,174 new homes, new open spaces and landscaped areas, as well as healthcare facilities, retail outlets and a community centre. It has created new job opportunities both during construction and in the completion.
