Why V9?

Why V9? V5 is undoubtedly the UK’s most successful IRS equipment with more than 3 million homes connected. Following V5’s famous architecture and simplicity Vision V9 also makes IRS simple and straight forward. Using the same principal of local or line powering down the H Hi and H Lo trunk cables and powering the terrestrial amplifier only from the headend V9 is extendable to large, medium and small systems. Any satellite amplification is powered from the satellite receiver. Although V9 uses the same architecture as V5 it also incorporates DiSEqC 2.0 control for access to a second satellite. So V9 offers the same flexibility, economy and simplicity as V5 but for reception from 2 satellites.
