We understand that finding the time to research, stay organized and make those tough planning decisions are oftentimes the hardest part of the planning process. Vision of Elegance is here to listen to what’s most important to you as a couple, and make that dream come to life. Not only will we plan every aspect of the day you’ve been dreaming of, we will design and style it so that your vision becomes a reality.


Working with Vision of Elegance is one of the best decisions you can make for your big day, aside from finding the spouse of your dreams, of course! Upon booking with us, we will provide a questionnaire that allows us to define and elaborate upon your vision. From mood boards, color palettes and providing sample materials, we want to understand your taste and style, so the event is everything you thought it would be and more. Once we can visualize your dream event, we dive head first into the planning process. From access to our A-list vendor team to providing guidance for managing the budget, we make sure the planning process runs smoothly. Also, to guarantee our clients have our full attention, we only take on a select number of weddings and special events each year so we are always accessible to our clients.

ABOUT KRISTINA

VISION OF ELEGANCE


Kristina Fossbakk Ferris has built a reputation throughout the wedding planning industry for her exquisite taste and careful attention to detail. Inspired by weddings and events from all over the world, she has an uncanny ability to get to the heart of what her clients are looking for, and then help them bring that vision to life. Whether that means finding the perfect wedding favor, or designing the flowers surrounding the altar, Kristina and Vision of Elegance make sure that every event has the personal touches that make it unique. In addition to owning her own business, Kristina is married to the love of her life, Ryan, and mother to her beautiful daughter, Layla. Inspired by the love that surrounds her both at home and at work, creating beautiful events that are both well-designed and meaningful is what makes Kristina and Vision of Elegance unique.


WEDDING SERVICES


Congratulations on your engagement! Modern, vintage, intimate, elegant and romantic—whatever style you’re seeking for your big day, we are ready to bring that vision to life. Creating a day that is centered around you and your loved one is the most rewarding aspect of the planning process, and we would love to work with you. At Vision of Elegance, we foster sophistication and style for every aspect of your wedding. Every wedding is different, so all of our packages and prices are fully customizable based on the needs of our clients. Whether you are having an intimate wedding with 65 people or a 500 person wedding at an upscale downtown venue, we cater our prices to your expectations of your big day so we are always on the same page. On the pages that follow, we describe a variety of packages and budgets designed to give you a general understanding of the investment associated with each package. Generally speaking, our clients tend to have total wedding budgets starting at $50,000. Upon completing our free consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal with pricing tailored to meet your specific bridal and wedding planning needs.


ALL IN WEDDING COORDINATION

Our All-In Wedding Coordination package allows Vision of Elegance to work hand in hand with the bride and groom from the very beginning. Leaning on our expertise, you will have access to our full scope of planning services from the moment you say “I will” to after you say “I do.” This package includes unlimited planning sessions, and everything from vendor management, ceremony site selection and rehearsal dinner planning, in addition to our standard design services. From outlining a timeline to developing your budget, we guide you through the entire wedding planning process until the last guest leaves for the evening. Starting at $9,500


Includes the following •Complimentary initial consultation •Unlimited contact from date of contract •Monthly check ins •Access to the Vision of Elegance Elite Client Portal •Ceremony and reception venue tours, plus secure and confirm holds for ceremony and reception sites •Access to Vision of Elegance Little Black Book of vendors •Assistance in vendor selection, reviewing vendor contracts and attending all vendor meetings (as needed) •Ongoing vendor management •Customized checklist and design inspiration board within 14 days of initial consultation •Develop and maintain wedding budget •Develop full wedding day guide at least 30 days before wedding •Assist and/or design DIY elements for ceremony and reception

•Assist and / or design guest welcome bags •At least 90 days prior to wedding day, do a complete walk through of reception with couple •At least 30 days prior to meet/speak via phone or email, with your Little Black Book of wedding professionals to go over any last minute questions or concerns •Secure guest accommodation (Hotel Room/Block) •Schedule guest and bridal party transportation •Schedule spa, hair and makeup appointments for bridal party •Coordinate wedding ceremony flow with officiant •Assist in Rehearsal Dinner planning and design •Provide Day-Of Coordination •Develop wedding day timeline •RSVP Management


CUSTOM WEDDING PLANNING

Ideal for busy couples who want to take the stress out of planning, our Custom Wedding Planning is designed to work one-on-one with couples to navigate the planning process to create a wedding that your guests will talk about for years. In addition to our design services, we develop your vision for the big day, manage vendor selection and communication, while our experienced professionals guide you through the wedding planning process with grace and poise We want to do all of the heavy lifting, so that you can sit back, relax and leave the details to us. Our Design, Styling and Wedding Coordination package is perfect for couples who love participating in the planning process, but need a guiding hand designing and styling their dream day. Working alongside you and your fiancĂŠ, we will define your vision and bring it to life. Then, when your big day draws closer, we will tie up loose ends with your vendors, coordinate the last minute details and develop a timeline to make sure that your day is everything you planned it to be and more. Starting at $5,500

DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNING

For the adventurers taking their wedding to a picturesque setting, this is the package for you. Whether you are heading to a white sandy beach or a snowy mountain top, we are well-equipped to make sure that no detail is overlooked. Packages are customized based on your individual needs. We can travel with you to provide you with peace of mind, work with the vendors on site to make sure that no detail is overlooked or coordinate the timeline from afar. PROPOSAL PLANNING Planning a proposal that will wow your hopeful bride to be takes a lot of careful thought and planning. Take advantage of our expertise to curate a tailored experience that will lay the foundation for your life together. From floral services to location selection and, of course, the after party, we will make sure your proposal is one to remember.


SPECIAL EVENTS

At Vision of Elegance, our goal is to make your special event both memorable and spectacular, down to the last napkin or specialty cocktail. We have a knack for planning events of all scales because more than anything we love to celebrate our clients’ biggest milestones. If you are hosting a corporate event, gala, fundraiser, or a more intimate baby or wedding shower, or even a private event in your home, we apply our same attention to detail to every project we take on. FLORAL DESIGN


We believe that one of the most important aspects of event planning is setting the scene for the event through visual design. Whether its through a fragrant flower arrangement, or a stunning candlescape lining the aisle on your wedding day, every color and flower sets the tone for the event. Our team will take your vision and hand tailor each detail to create an experience to remember. The Vision of Elegance Floral and Design services are available in conjunction with our event planning services, or as an a la cart option. Custom pricing available for special events, so please contact us for more information. Wedding styling starts at $2,500, with discounts available when planning services are utilized as well. To ensure that Vision of Elegance provides the most intentional service for our clients, we only take on a few in house floral and design clients each season, and our floral and design package is only available to Vision of Elegance Clients who have selected one of our planning packages.

EVENT DESIGN &

DESIGN COORDINATION


Designing your perfect day is at the heart of all of the Vision of Elegance offerings. From florals, linens and tablescapes, to color palettes and arrangements, we create a setting to remember, while making sure no detail of the ambiance is overlooked. We believe that the way a room is styled paints a picture about the event itself. Vision of Elegance will consider candles, florals, lighting, colors, linens, tableware, layout, stationery, table cards and more. Not only will your guests be wowed, but we will include the unique touches that truly set the tone for the event so we can best tell your story. To bring your dream event to life, we lead you through the design process, starting with what inspires you as a couple. We take the reins with everything from color scheme right down to the last candle, so that the look, feel and layout of the room is everything you imagined—and more. Our design coordination services start at $3,000 and includes planning, designing and implementing the details of your event. Trust us when we say that you will see the difference.
