Why Promoting Any Product With Static Cling Window Decals is More Popular Than Adhesive Stickers With Retailers Many retail stores refuse to put an adhesive advertising sticker on their storefront windows due to the potential difficulty of removing the decal when they decide to remove it or replace it. Companies that used window decals to advertise their products with retail outlets might be wise to consider having a decal printer that prints static cling film print their next window advertising decal as window static cling decals. The film or vinyl for window static cling decals is formulated from polyvinyl chloride. Most PVC sheeting is harder than static cling film for window static cling decals, but adding extra liquid plasticizers to the PVCformulation creates a supple vinyl material with an exceptionally smooth finish. This static cling film is smooth, soft, and will stick to smooth, hard surfaces, particularly glass. It also is excellent for printing, hence window static cling decals. Double-sided window clings are also available, though not digitally printed at this time. Static cling material can also be die-cut, and window cling decals are used for many different tasks, such as to advertise an event, as booster decals for schools, colleges, and universities on the rear window of vehicles, as oil change or service stickers on the front windshield of vehicles, and even as window posters in retail outlets. One of our clients recently, a pharmaceutical company, ordered window clings that were double-sided and 36" x 24" - in reality a small window static cling poster. Static cling film is not intended for making static cling stickers that you put on the outside of a vehicle. Because static cling film easy to remove, window static cling decals also blow off relatively easy if you're driving down a road or highway.
