Antwerp inhabitants proudly refer to their city as a metropolis But then one with a village atmosphere: every district has its own unique atmosphere and there are countless museums, squares and architectural gems, a beautiful mix of old and new. Also the port is quite unique: it’s located 80 kilometres inland. Everything is within walking distance. And a bit further along there’s a busy international port, expansive polder landscapes and a mass of greenery.

That results in a huge number of filming possibilities, and all within an area of barely 26 by 11 kilometres.

Centrally located in Europe and easily accessible: from the regional, but even from the national airport you’re in the city in no time Whether you take the train – which we certainly recommend, because Antwerp Central has won numerous beauty contests and was even named the most romantic station in Europe.
