Buffalo is one of just two cities in Wyoming served by two interstates — I-90 running east from South Dakota to Montana and the northern terminus of I-25 providing an easy drive from Casper, Cheyenne and Denver.
In addition, Highway 16 passes through Buffalo as the most picturesque and safest route between well-known attractions such as Mount Rushmore National Memorial and Yellowstone National Park.
