Some of the most important events in the history of the world took place on board the USS Lexington. The USS Lexington Museum on the Bay continues to gain recognition as the most exciting special event venue in the area. The Hangar Deck alone has more than 40,000 square feet of convenient, accessible space. Aboard the Lex, groups of 10 to 2500 can meet, eat, plan, celebrate, or do all of the above! About the Venue

The Art Museum of South Texas offers beautiful event spaces with inspiring galleries and exhibits - sure to make your event a memorable one. Bathed in natural light from skylights in 12 copper pyramids atop the miller building, the Chapman gallery provides access to the Café dining area as well as the outdoor patio which overlooks the bay. Bay windows in the Singer Gallery provide a snapshot of Shoreline Drive, and floor to ceiling windows showcase the beautiful water gardens and Harbor Bridge.
