After creating a reservation only, pop-up dinner service, the locals got to know the bubbly and witty chef and her talent for creating a delicious menu, leading to her rising popularity. Now, The Roughian has expanded into a space of its own - or as Trevino calls it – her “home,” where guests can now attend dinner and brunch events with a curated multi-course meal filled with French and American classics like brisket tartine and cognac gulf shrimp in beurre blanc.
