THE ESSEX WAY AND STOUR VALLEY PATH
Walk the whole or part of the epic 81-mile Essex Way, and enjoy some of the finest countryside in Essex. This designated path takes you on a walk that leads you through ancient woodlands, open farmland, tree lined river valleys and leafy green lanes. Discover beautiful historic towns and villages along the way. Alternatively, take a walk along the river and join the Stour Valley Path which meanders its way through Dedham and Flatford and take in some of the breathtaking views that inspired England’s famous artists.
