For one of the coolest ice-cream experiences around, watch as ice cream rolls are made-to-order by talented artisans right before your eyes. (It’s how they roll!) Mixed by hand on freezing pans, ice cream rolls are then placed vertically into a bowl and covered with toppings. This technique was originally known as “Thai rolled” or “stir-fried” ice cream. Different and delicious!
