Fireworks

➞ Get the fest started with the Big Bang Fireworks. On the festival's first night each year, the breathtaking display signals that Summerfest is in full swing and marks the (un)official start of summer. Thousands of visitors and locals gather around the lakefront to catch the dazzling displays that light up the night sky, but the best view is from inside the Henry Maier Festival Park grounds.

Views

➞ Fly high above the festival grounds on the Skyglider for incredible sweeping views of the grounds, Lake Michigan, and the downtown skyline. Looking for a stage with a view? Make your way to the BMO Harris Pavilion to watch sailboats careen peacefully as the sun sets or peer out at the city from the top of the American Family Amphitheater before the show starts. If you prefer to stay grounded, stroll along the shoreline to take in the lake's lapping waves and picturesque views of Milwaukee as you sample music on the ground stages with a cold beer in hand.
