1 Planning your trip to Peru • Review Peru’s entry requirements and procedures: check the peru.travel or iPerú websites for details. • Plan your itinerary. • Book your hotel or tourist package with a travel agency that complies with biosecurity protocols. • Complete the electronic statutory health declaration form not earlier than 72 hours before your flight.

3 Traveling to Peru • When traveling, wear a disposable surgical mask and face shield. You must also present the electronic statutory health declaration QR code and the RT-PCR test. Remember that a test result is only valid if issued less than 72 hours before your departure.

• Take the COVID-19 RT-PCR test prior to traveling. • Download the Pre-registro Migraciones application and register prior to travel.
