Moonshot Museum

Officially launching in 2022 on Pittsburgh's Northside, the Moonshot Museum will provide visitors with an up-close look of real lunar landers and rovers being built and readied to fly to the Moon. The museum, Pennsylvania’s first dedicated to space and co-located at the headquarters of space robotics company Astrobotic Technology, Inc., aims to inspire a diverse community to find their place in the future of human space exploration through innovative exhibitions and programs fueled by science, technology, engineering and the arts.

The Landing Hotel Pittsburgh

Enjoy a luxurious experience with panoramic views of Downtown Pittsburgh at The Landing Hotel Pittsburgh. Slated to open in the summer of 2022, The Landing Hotel will connect directly to Rivers Casino, giving guests easy entry from the hotel to the casino floor, as well as the 10,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom and 25,000-square-foot Event Center. Conveniently located on Pittsburgh’s North Shore, the hotel is within easy access to the “T” and just steps away from Heinz Field and PNC Park.

INNER GROOVE BREWING ALLENTOWN

Inner Groove Brewing is expanding south! The Verona-based brewery will open a new taproom in Pittsburgh’s Allentown on East Warrington Avenue in early 2022. The site will feature an 1,100-square-foot, winterized beer garden, plus the same fun, music-filled atmosphere loyal customers have come to love.

ALTA VIA PIZZERIA

big Burrito Restaurant Group is set to open Alta Via Pizzeria in Bakery Square in early 2022. A modern take on Italian cooking in a casual and friendly environment, visitors will have their pick of two kinds of pizza, along with salads, sandwiches and simple dishes with a focus on seasonal vegetables. Order from the walk-up window, pick up takeout or dine-in at the traditional dining room, AVP patio or full-service bar.
