The site includes details on the restaurant, lounge and event hall located all in the same building. The restaurant has been announced as one of South Dakota’s only woodfire grills. The ultra lounge, a completely separate room, will serve food as well as a full beverage menu.

This cooking technique enhances the natural flavors of anything from chef signature selections to the classics, made from scratch with the finest and freshest ingredients. ULTRA LOUNGE The District’s ultra lounge, a spacious cozy atmosphere with a full menu of cold concoctions. The lounge is the perfect spot whether you feel like sitting by the fire or enjoying the outdoor patio. Relax after work, after shopping, before the big event or just to watch your team! The District is the place for you! EVENT HALL The bi-level event hall will feature space to host corporate events, wedding receptions, concerts and more, as well as an upscale casual restaurant and lounge. The Hall features full banquet, meeting services and equipment services. About The District The 37,000 square foot, bi-level building will be centrally located on the campus of The Empire Mall.
