While the entire facility features modern design and amenities, the heritage court located in the center of the building is a premium NBA/college size court with design inspiration reminiscent of 1950's/1960's basketball. The Pentagon will be the epicenter of the Sanford Sports Complex.

Stroll through downtown taking in SculptureWalk, an exciting exhibit of sculptures displayed year-round. The sculptures are owned by the artists and loaned to the exhibit for one year. During the summer, vote for the "People's Choice Award". In September the winning sculpture will be announced and purchased for the city to keep on permanent display.

Walk, jog, bike, or rollerblade your way along the Big Sioux River as it flows through Sioux Falls. The River Greenway offers a paved bike trail that winds through scenic urban and wildlife areas. The trails are maintained in the winter as well, so enjoy a nice crisp winter walk for year-round outdoor enjoyment.
