Educational Seminar planned with Southwest Airlines Trainer The Sioux Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) will be hosting a customer service educational seminar in conjunction with their May 16 Visitor Industry Luncheon. The educational seminar, sponsored by Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center, will be from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. Tickets are $15 per person, or $40 packaged with the luncheon. Southwest Airlines University Learning Facilitator Katie List will be the seminar’s featured speaker and present “Customer Service at 30,000 Feet.” List has more than 10 years experience at Southwest Airlines, providing legendary customer service to internal and external customers. She has spent the last six years as an instructor for the Corporate University, providing leadership training as well as personal and professional development to Southwest employees. Prior to that, she held several different positions within the Customer Relations/Rapid Rewards Department. She has a passion for training and development and a heart for Customer Service.
