FAQ’s  Airport Code: FSD  Ground Transportation: Those arriving by air should use free shuttle service provided by the hotel.

Departures from Sioux Falls (FSD) should be scheduled after 2pm on Day #3.  Additional Guest: Attendance is complimentary for group tour planners; additional guest fee is $50.  Who can participate? Attendees must be 21 years of age and limited to two planners per office.  What is included? The FAM includes complimentary: welcome reception, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and tours. The final day breakfast, lunch and tours. All meals will be taken as a group. A hotel room will be booked for you for two nights (Sunday & Monday) at one of our participating lodging properties. The guest room itself will be provided complimentary, however, should you have any incidental charges these additional costs will be your responsibility. Gratuities for bellman, housekeepers, or doormen will also be left up to each individual guest.  Where do I register? www.VisitSiouxFalls.com/GroupTourFAM  When will I receive confirmation? Once the registration has been received by the Sioux Falls CVB, and your FAM application is approved, a confirmation notice will be emailed to you. At this time, you are permitted to plan your travel. o You will receive the itinerary and any additional information, along with hotel confirmation prior to your visit.  What do I do upon arrival to Sioux Falls? A welcome packet of information will also be waiting for you at your hotel when you arrive. It will contain specific FAM instructions, maps, name badges etc.  What should I pack to wear to these activities? Sioux Falls is mid-west friendly destination. We want you to be comfortable and have fun. Casual attire is appropriate for all events. Don’t forget to bring a jacket for the evening and we suggest comfortable shoes because we will be walking on the site tours.  Special Dietary Needs? On your application form, please advise us of any dietary needs you might have and we will do our best to plan for them.  What if I need to cancel? We would appreciate notice of your cancellation as soon as possible so that we may adjust staffing and meal counts. It also allows us time to make arrangements with another Tour Operator on the waiting list.  Need more time to explore? We would be happy to discuss the possibility of extending your stay by adding on a day prior or after to your reservation. That would provide some personal time to fit in whatever extra activities may be of particular interest to you that is not already scheduled on the FAM tour.
