Today, Áarstova has been transformed into snug, little restaurant located right in the heart of the city and is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the Faroe Islands. The impeccable service at Áarstova is matched by the exquisite food and wine menu, which includes succulent Faroese lamb and carefully selected wines and Scottish ales.
