PLANNING YOUR TRIP:

First things first, you’ll need a map. Luckily, they’re available on the Premium Outlets website, on their App (available on Android or Apple devices), or you can pick up a printed one from the Outlets Visitors’ Center located on the west side of the shopping center near Subway. As you plan, take a sneak peek at upcoming promotions in the deals section of the website for a preview of current and upcoming deals you won’t want to miss. Things to bring: reusable bags to stash your awesome shopping scores, a refillable water bottle, and comfy shoes!

RESTROOMS Restrooms can be found throughout the East and West Plazas, with a Family Restroom available in the West Plaza next to Clarks Bostonian.

SAFETY It’s recommended that shoppers do not leave valuables or shopping bags visible in vehicles and to always use marked crosswalks. Should any concerns arise, the security office is available at 707.372.4038.

STROLLERS Strollers are available at the Visitors Center in the West Plaza next to Subway or in the East Plaza next to Bare+Beauty.

PARKING Parking is free and available throughout both plazas, although entrances and exits can experience heavy traffic during peak shopping times.
