Effective September 10, 2010, AJA introduced new Desktop products. As a qualified Desktop Reseller you may use this claim if you have any KONA 3 products in your inventory that you wish to return.

The Inventory Protection offer is only good for product purchased 60 days prior to September 10th 2010. To ensure that you get credit you must submit a fully completed claim by the deadline date of October 12th 2010. Download a copy of the KONA 3 INVENTORY PROTECTION CREDIT CLAIM at: http://www.aja.com/dealer/index.php A copy of an original AJA invoice must be attached. Returned products must be unopened and new. Claims may be submitted by fax, posted mail or courier. A credit on account will be issued when AJA Video Systems approves the claim.
