Christian Brothers Automotive was founded in 1982 because there was a void in the auto repair industry. Customer service and honest, genuine auto repair service was tough to find. They haven’t changed their focus in thirty years. They still have some of the original employees on board, and they still believe that it’s possible to provide the best auto repair service with the best customer service. Christian Brothers is progressing on a growth initiative that has already taken their brand to over 250 stores throughout the southeast, lower midwest and southwest United States as of 2022.

major transportation systems. Because Denver is the largest city within 500 miles, it has become a natural location for storage and distribution of goods and services to the Mountain States, Southwest states, as well as all western states. Another benefit for distribution is that Denver is nearly equidistant from large cities of the Midwest and some large cities of the West Coast. Naturally, Denver is home to large corporations, making the city a key trade point for the country.
Denver has also enjoyed success as a pioneer in the fast-casual restaurant industry, with many popular national chain restaurants founded and based in Denver. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Quiznos, and Smashburger were founded and headquartered in Denver. Geography also allows Denver to have a considerable government presence, with many federal agencies based or having offices in the Denver area. Along with federal agencies come many companies based on US defense and space projects, and more jobs are brought to the city by virtue of its being the capital of the state of Colorado.

Like all real estate investments, this investment carries significant risks. While the tenant’s past performance at this or other locations is an important consideration, it is not a guarantee of future success. Similarly, the lease rate for some properties, including newly-constructed facilities or newly-acquired locations, may be set based on a tenant’s projected sales with little or no record of actual performance, or comparable rents for the area.
