Will come with ham or chicken or beef, lettuce, tomato, dressing, and a mixture of salad veges. You can specify vegetarian / no egg / or low gluten bread (extra cost).
Can be packed up in a box for you to put on your own platter or can be picked up on a cardboard platter.
